cropped-TCT_podcastimageIn this episode, TCT Deputy Group Editor Laura Griffiths chats with Marie Langer, CEO of German additive manufacturing leader EOS.

Marie recently took over from her father Dr. Hans Langer who founded the company in 1989. Now, Marie is on a mission to lead 3D printing to become a mainstream, sustainable manufacturing process.

In this episode we spoke about Marie’s early memories of AM technology, why sustainability is a big deal for EOS, and her cultural and technological ambitions as she leads the company into its next 30 years.

At this year’s RAPID + TCT in Anaheim, Marie will be joined by a host of fellow thought-leaders for a panel session on the topic of sustainability. The Additive Manufacturing and Green Manufacturing: A Crucial Partnership panel is chaired by Executive Director of the Additive Manufacturer Green Trade Association (AMGTA), Sherry Handel and takes place on Thursday, April 21.
